Policy and Conditions

Free cancellation:


In case of cancellation made up to 24 hours before midnight of the scheduled arrival date, no cost will be charged. In case of cancellation made beyond this deadline or no-show, 100% of the cost of the first night will be charged. For long stays (more than 7 nights) or bookings of 5 rooms or more, the penalty applied is equal to 50% of the total booking amount.

Cancellation of not refundable reservation:


Changes or cancellations of any kind are not permitted for this reservation. In case of changes or a no-show, the penalty will be the full amount of the stay.

Cash payment:


The allowed amount for cash payments is € 1999.00 per person. Higher amounts are not accepted.
